Budgeting your defence

Your first consultation with Alexander will be at no cost. We will have a frank discussion about your case and anticipated costs so you can plan effectively for your defence. 

Criminal charges are not an expense that someone plans for. However, they are not a luxury purchase either. They are an essential expense when charged with serious crimes that can have an effect on your employment, travel abilities, and reputation for years to come. 

We want to work with you to get the best result possible for your case.

Each case is different, so there is no set formula to determine the costs of each case. Determining the cost is often based on a number of factors including the complexity of the case, what the charges are, and what the client's expectations are.

Legal Aid is accepted on a case to case basis. 

Payment plans can be arranged but usually must be paid before the scheduling of a trial. Depending on your individual circumstances, we can arrange a payment plan that fits your needs.
